All returns must be authorized Audiophile Liquidator
After the customer receives the product(s) ordered, all sales are final; we will provide no exchanges and offer no returns for refund. The only time we will accept a return is for applicable warranty repair/replacement if the product is not working (please refer to our warranty policy).
An item that is defective or damaged upon receipt by customer will only be replaced with the same model. All returns must be packed in the original factory box and include all original factory packaging (foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition; all returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted. All returns must include all the factory accessories that were originally shipped with the item. No returns will be accepted if any of these accessories are missing. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization); your RMA number will be valid for 30 calendar days after it is issued. We must therefore receive the returned product in that period.
Purchaser is responsible for the cost of having the item shipped back to Audiophile Liquidator. Returned item(s) will be inspected and validated as the original item(s) that were on the order. If a problem is found, a new replacement unit will be shipped if an existing unit cannot be repaired. If the unit cannot be repaired and the existing model is no longer produced, credit will be issued for equal or greater purchase as long as unit is within the warranty period. If no problem with returned merchandise found at the time it is tested, purchaser will be required to pay for the shipping cost to return the merchandise.
