Audiophileliquidator sells only new and unused product, a stock, not gray market items, not refurbished, not open box.
Products sold on this web site are packaged with applicable manufacturer's warranty and service information detailing specific terms and conditions.
Audiophileliquidator matches the terms of the manufacture warranty policies from the date of purchase. Most manufactures items that are represented for sale by audiophileliquidator.net do not offer manufacture warranty when purchased from none authorize reseller.
Audiophileliquidator is not an authorized reseller but liquidator of the products listed for sale on this website. To be an authorized reseller, manufacturer requires that reseller abide by manufactures suggested and minimum selling prices or MSRP. The manufactures that we represent do not support free market trade of the products they manufacture. We support free market trade and offer our products at discounted prices with minimal profit margins.
Any item that needs to be exchanged or repaired will need to be handled through audiophileliquidator customer service department and approved for return by management.
Shipping Policy
Once the order been processed. Most items will ship within 4 to 5 days (not including weekends or holidays). All orders are placed in line to be shipped, previous orders need to be shipped prior to your order being shipped out. On an average we have 150 orders per day to ship, so please be patient when it comes to having your order shipped out. We are not going any where with your payment, you are 100% protected by your credit card company. To make the transaction smooth, please do not check on status of you order until 5 business days have passed after you placed your order.
Due to verification process we are required to ship to the address where you receive your monthly credit card statements.
Prior to shipping all packages are thoroughly inspected to make sure all contents are included in the box.
We are not responsible for typographical errors and all items are subject to availability and prior sales. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please select two day air or overnight delivery, as these orders cannot be shipped via ground delivery.
The Order Confirmation Does Not Constitute a final Offer or Contract. All Orders Are Subject to Management review and approval and if found to be invalid due to any reason, are subject to cancellation by management. All orders must be shipped to consumer's credit card billing address. Management has the option to approve or decline product shipped to alternate address than buyer credit card billing address.

Returns Policy

After customer receives product(s) ordered, all sales are final, no exchange, no return for refund, only applicable warranty for repair if product is not working, refer to our warranty policy.
An item that was defective or damaged upon receipt can be replaced with the same model only. All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.) unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition. All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted. All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item. No returns will be accepted if any of these packed accessories are missing. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Your RMA number will be valid for 30 calendar days after it is issued. We must therefore receive the returned product in that period.
When products is returned it will be inspected. If we do not find any problem with the item returned item. Purchaser will be responsible for payment to have the item shipped back. If a problem is found a replacement unit or repaired unit will be shipped by our warranty department without any additional cost to purchaser. If no problem with returned merchandise found at the time it is tested, purchaser will be required to pay for return of merchandise back.

Order Cancellation Policy
If a customer requested to cancel an order that was in process to be shipped or was shipped, audiophileliquidator has the option to charge that customer 25% restocking/processing fee + cost of shipping.
If audiophile liquidator was not able to ship the product within 14 business days and not 14 calendar from date of order, customer has the option to cancel their order without any restocking/processing fee.
After customer receives product(s) ordered, all sales are final, no exchange, no return for refund, only applicable warranty for repair if product is not working, refer to our warranty policy.

Credit Card refunds usually takes few days to show up on customer credit card account.
Damaged/Lost/Missing Package
In the event that a package shows delivered and you have not received your package, please contact customer service so that a tracer investigation can be initiated immediately. Once a tracer investigation has been initiated it may take up to 10 business days to complete. In the event that your product is delivered and damaged in transit, make sure to keep the original shipping box so it can be inspected at a later time. Damaged or misplaced items that were shipped via a freight company may take between 30-60 days for claim processing. Prior to shipping; all packages are thoroughly inspected to make sure all contents are included in the box. If you are missing any items from your package it must be reported within 2 business days so an investigation can be initiated. Failure to report a missing item within 2 business days will severely hinder any possible investigation. |
