USA Shipping Policy

Prior to shipping, all packages are thoroughly inspected to make sure they are in factory A Stock condition, and that all contents are included in the package(s). Due to the immense time consumption of this extra processing step, we must include a special handling charge with each order; this handling charge is built into the shipping charge that is generated by our shipping calculator (this is why our shipping cost is higher than some other companies, because only liquidators like us have the specific requirement to fully inspect all merchandise, in order that we can guarantee only A Stock inventory).

If our shipping calculator gives you a shipping total in excess of $250, please feel free to call our customer support number to see if you qualify for a shipping discount.

Once an order has been set to ‘Processing’ in our database, the order will typically ship within 4 to 5 business days (not including weekends or holidays).

We do not allow pick up at any of our warehouses; warehouses are setup for shipping only. No will-call of any kind is available for any customer (please do not even request will-call pick up).

All orders are shipped in the order they are received; previous orders need to be shipped prior to newer order being shipped out (on an average we have 125 orders per day to ship…). Please be patient when it comes to having your order shipped out; we are not going anywhere with your payment. You are 100% protected by your credit card company, and additionally by our own third-party payment gateway (Paypal). To make each transaction flow as smoothly as possible, please do not check on the status of your order until 5 business days have passed after the order is placed.

Due to verification process we will typically only ship to the address where you receive your monthly credit card billing statements, although we may elect to ship to an alternate address if the address can be readily verified. In such cases we may ask for a utility bill to be faxed to our office (we will first check with various third party address validation systems to validate that the buyer is directly associated with the subject address).

All items are subject to availability on a per-moment basis. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please select two day air or overnight delivery, as these orders cannot be shipped via ground delivery. Our system is sometimes incapable of calculating the shipping cost to these locations. Please send an email with the items you wish to purchase, along with your full address, and we will provide you with shipping cost. You can send us messages directly by using the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom left hand side of any page on our site.

The Order Confirmation does not constitute a final offer or contract. All orders are subject to management review and approval; if found to be invalid for any reason, they are subject to cancellation by management. Our default policy is that orders, in general, will be shipped to the buyer’s credit card billing address; to ship to an alternate address, such orders will need to go through the address verification process mentioned above. Management reserves the right to approve or decline orders with shipping addresses that cannot be reasonably validated, or for any other reason where fraud might be suspected.

We are not responsible for typographical errors, either on our website or within any of our documentation.
